Evolution Active is a private training studio based in the Byron Shire, designed for everyone from complete beginners, to everyday gym-goers and serious athletes. We help you achieve your goals and beyond.
We offer personal training, small group fitness, strength & conditioning, sport-specific training, injury rehab, mobility and alignment work, posture correction, nutrition support, and accountability check-ins.
Led by two experienced young adults with a shared passion for strength.

Hi, I'm Amazon.
I’m the co-partner and male trainer here at Evolution Active.
I have a genuine passion for helping people move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in their bodies. My mission is to make fitness accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone — from beginners and those returning to exercise, through to experienced lifters and athletes.
I specialise in safe, evidence-based training that’s tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and weekly schedule, so fitness fits seamlessly into your life rather than taking it over. Whether your goal is strength, fat loss, improved performance, or simply feeling healthier and more capable day to day, I focus on smart programming, proper technique, and long-term results — all in a supportive and motivating environment.
Together, we’ll build consistency, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle you can actually enjoy.
Hi, I'm Anjali.
I’m the co-partner and female trainer here at Evolution Active. I’m passionate about helping people improve their strength and conditioning, nutrition and lifestyle habits, as well as alignment and mobility. All backed by experience, evidence, and research.
My coaching style supports a wide range of people — from beginners learning proper movement and technique, to older adults aiming to prevent injury and improve stability, and individuals looking to enhance their sport performance through well structured, periodised training.
I also have experience working with hyper-mobile clients, as well as managing hyper-mobility myself. This has taught me the importance of training in a safe and intentional way to reduce injury risk and support long-term joint health, including lowering the risk of early arthritis.
My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body — not just in the gym, but in everyday life.

Step into Evolution Active, a private training studio designed to help you feel confident and motivated from the moment you walk in. Our space is fitted with brand new, high-quality equipment to support all styles of training, from strength and conditioning to rehabilitation, mobility & alignment, sport-specific work and beyond.


Whether you’re learning the basics or pushing performance, the studio is set up so every session feels purposeful and personalised. You’ll train in a clean, spacious environment with big mirrors, great lighting, and plenty of room to move, creating a focused but welcoming atmosphere.
With thoughtful touches like cold water and a comfortable lounge area, you can settle in, reset, and enjoy the process in comfort. Evolution Active isn’t a crowded commercial gym, its a private and personalised studio that implements a healthy routine into your schedule. It’s a calm, supportive space where coaching comes first — and where training fits your goals, lifestyle, and experience level.
